• Any other product purchased apart from Dr. Renaud from us is non-refundable.

Gift cards purchased are at the will of the customer. Providing relevant information associated with the Gift Card is the duty of the Kaloya's team. It’s the customer’s right to get the clarity concerning the Terms & Conditions written on the back of the certificate at the time of purchase. Our team never forces or influences the customer to buy the Gift Card from us. Purchase of Gift Card implies that you are in consent of Terms & Conditions.
Thus, the amount given for purchasing the gift card is non-refundable in any given situation.
